The catalyst I'm most excited for is the day when you can order oils, edibles and infused drinks from restaurants and the room service menu in your Las Vegas Hotel. We will see custom strains and products developed for each restaurant casino and hotel.
Although recreational cannabis use is legal in Nevada and has been since 2017, public consumption is not, and this includes at most hotel and casino properties. The safe banking act will get us one step closer but federal legalization will be required to allow casino hotels to allow this to happen.
Federal legalization will have a huge impacts on states that already allow recreational MJ products. Established producers will have a head start on getting partnerships with these large companies. Once a power house like MGM can be invested into its own supply chain of these products it will be rocket ships for all.
Covid will fade away and travel will return.
Biden/Harris will get the safe act through and follow Canada in full federal legislation.
My bet is on AMA, aka https://www.1933industries.com/ It has been a horrible performer and is currently beat down to all time lows. I predict they will be one of the biggest turn around good news stories over the next 3 months.

Upon their arrival to the MCU, the X-Men require personalities & traits to give them depth and preventing them from becoming one-dimensional & simplistic. X-Men's powers & action won't create an interesting story or film. So, this thread is how I would imagine key X-Men in character.
Cyclops: Establish Cyclops as the Team Leader. Showcase him in this role by attributing quality leadership qualities: Bravery, confidence, selflessness & focus. Cyclops is a master tactician/strategist, knowing the strengths & weaknesses of the X-Men & being capable of identifying the weaknesses of his adversaries. Cyclops is an effective military leader, so he should showcase actions to represent this: Formulating plans, devising strategies, defining objectives, assigning roles to the rest of the team. Based on his selfless nature, he values each member of the X-Men ensuring their safety at all times.
Regarding his personality, Cyclops is an introvert. Labelled as a freak due to his mutation, his experiences led to the development of a shy, serious, emotionally distant character refraining from social interaction often. While he may be an effective leader, outside of missions, he is mostly portrayed as the distant loner who tends to himself most of the time. Despite the X-Men respecting him as an effective leader & declaring him as their friend, his immense seriousness makes him unpopular on the team because of his strict, authoritative "by the book" approach.
Alternatively, Jean is the only individual he is emotionally associated with. While Cyclops can be described as boring, it's with Jean that any form of interesting personality can be drawn out. Typically, Cyclops is more relaxed with Jean & casual, showcasing their relationship. It can develop from a friendship to relationship, if they were to show the X-Men as younger ages.
Jean Grey: Similar to the comics & TV shows, Jean will be portrayed as the friendly, outgoing, compassionate member of the team. As the empathetic, caring individual of the team she acts as the motherly figure of the X-Men, always willing to aid the rest of the X-Men & others in need as her role as a superhero. However, this compassionate, motherly attitude is found to be "smothering" for certain X-Men, mainly Shadowcat because Kitty prefers not to be treated as a child. While Jean is a confident character, this instead can transition into arrogance as she doesn't always follow Cyclops' orders or offer her own alternatives or input during missions.
Cyclops & Jean Grey = Couple. They're in love they care for each other. From the beginning, they should always have been dating. Simply avoid Wolverine-Jean Grey-Cyclops Love Triangle.

Storm: The casual member of the X-Men, who occasionally leads the team in Cyclops' place. Cyclops is more strict & demanding as the team leader adhering to a militaristic ("Do what I say...") approach to the team. However, unlike Cyclops, Storm is more casual & easy-going making her a more friendly character in the franchise.In the comics, Storm has developed friendships Jean Grey, Shadowcat & Colossus & Nightcrawler easily, so making her a friendly character makes sense. Repeating myself, Storm & Jean Grey = Best Friends. Since Storm entered the country, Jean Grey was 1st & best friend.
To develop her character further; potentially, include aspects of Storm's claustrophobia, to make her more character interesting. For example, in a possible scenario: Magneto could be escaping & the X-Men are close to apprehending him but he then encloses the team in a metallic trap, which triggers Storm's claustrophobia & causes her to become traumatized & lose control. Maybe, Storm overcoming her claustrophobia could be a highlight of the MCU.
Beast: The main character trait of Beast, in all X-Men media, is his genius intelligence. Therefore, Beast's greatest asset can be his scientific mind. Fox portrayed Beast's role as the "Brains" of the X-Men quite well, so Nicholas Hoult's performance could act as a template for MCU Beast.
As the scientific genius of the X-Men, Beast has a wide array of knowledge in various scientific fields, including: biology, genetics, medicine, chemistry, physics, electronics & engineering. Therefore, as a method of showcasing his scientific expertise, Beast can be the developer of the X-Men's equipment & resources. For example, he will have designed Cerebro, X-Jet, X-Men's costumes (Like in First Class), Cyclops' visor etc. If the plot of the film requires a Macguffin, Beast is the developer of this item.
Highlight Beast's intelligence via quirks & feats. The following have been shown in comics: Beast is a computer genius. Beast is fluent in several languages including English, German, French, Latin, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Russian & Latverian; This would be interesting to tie the X-Men & the Fantastic Four. Beast enjoys showing off his extensive vocabulary in long, complex sentences & occasionally, quotes literature, historical texts or random facts to showcase his knowledge.
Jubilee (Cameos DON'T Count): Jubilee is the sassy, overconfident, extravagant teenager. Jubilee is talkative, sarcastic, edgy teenager who acts "cool" to fit in with the rest of the crowd. As a teenager, Jubilee could have a "scenester" personality, who just follows the crowd. Essentially, make Jubilee the stereotypical teenager. Outside of this, Jubilee acts similar to Shadowcat because they both act as spunky teenagers trying to prove themselves worthy upon the X-Men team. Potentially, include Jubilee as Wolverine's protege, as well as Shadowcat so Jubilee can have a prominent role in the MCU X-Men franchise.
Shadowcat: Stated as the "kid sister" of the X-Men by the older members, she'll constantly feel that because she's one of the youngest members she isn't taken so seriously. Nevertheless, Shadowcat is an intelligent, sensible, mature character who's ready to complete the mission regardless of the stakes, consequences or opinions of the other X-Men. Shadowcat just desires to prove she can be as valuable a member to the X-Men as any other mutant. As a result, Shadowcat doesn't like being mollycoddled or treated as a child by the rest of the X-Men, especially Storm & Jean Grey.
In the comics, Kitty is mainly a character with a very limited capacity for nonsense, as she is more focused on her career as an X-Man. In addition to her powers, Shadowcat is a genius-level expert in computer science, potentially being taught by Beast. However, occasionally, Kitty can act childish. Particularly, Kitty acts childish if the other X-Men overlook her or if she thinks a situation is unfair & she begins whining. For example, in the comics, she started whining about "Professor X being a jerk" when he demoted her from the X-Men to the New Mutants.
As the "kid sister" of the X-Men, Kitty should be on close terms with the rest of the team. As per the comics, Kitty could be Wolverine's protege, which she enjoys because she feels as if she's an official X-Man now. Storm could be Kitty's favourite X-Man because they had a mother-daughter relationship as Storm is overly-protective of her. Kitty has good relationships with Nightcrawler, Colossus, Jubilee, Iceman & especially, with Magik (Shadowcat's best friend).
Iceman: Introduce him as the "Comedian." Typically, Iceman is carefree, reckless & immature who enjoys playing practical jokes on others as a form of attention-seeking. This behaviour, infamously, dubs Bobby as the "class clown." This behaviour places him at odds with many of the other X-Men because they are irritated by his antics. In addition to his comedic character, I would make him Shadowcat's age like in the Fox films because his immaturity would be more understandable as a teenager.
In addition to being a comedian, I would introduce Iceman as a bisexual. In the comics, Bobby is stated he has been in homosexual relationships, in addition to relationships with female characters. So, this makes him bisexual. In Deadpool 2, Yukio & Negasonic Teenage Warhead are introduced as a couple. It's accepted they're in a relationship & the audience has moved on. If Iceman were to be introduced as bisexual, this shouldn't become his entire character. Since Kevin Feige stated that diversity is a new point in the MCU, so the introduction of an Iceman as a bisexual mutant could be included as part of that.
Nightcrawler: Nightcrawler (Kurt Wagner) is the fun-loving, spirited, eccentric jokester. Similar to Iceman, Nightcrawler is a comedic character with a great sense of humour. He's described as adventurous & swashbuckling, so this could be part of an attention-seeking personality. He was part of the circus, so I believe that he is a character that enjoys being in the spotlight of events & is quite flamboyant & dramatic. His costume could be a template of his personality.
He, occasionally, plays pranks on people. Using his teleportation abilities, he is known to play elaborate jokes on others. Overall, his main character trait should be comedian.
He is quite adventurous & swashbuckling, so if the MCU X-Men were to do any fantasy or adventurous films, Excalibur or Savage Land, Nightcrawler would be a nice addition. Nightcrawler should speak German, occasionally. Like, saying "Guten Tag" instead of hello or calling all female X-Men "Frauelin".
Regarding Nightcrawler & Iceman. If the X-Men require comic-relief characters, these two should be the only candidates. If there are too many X-Men quipsters, the MCU would ruin the X-Men's credibility & just be making Guardians of the Galaxy ft. Mutants.
Colossus: Copy Deadpool (Don't Change). He's fine in Deadpool.
Gambit: Draw inspiration from the animated series. In the animated series, Gambit is presented as sociable, smart, cunning, sneaky, friendly albeit mysterious & flirtatious with women. Presented as a sociable, calm individual, Gambit is the person that just wants to hang out, unlike Cyclops, who's maybe focused on missions. Being raised by Thieves, Gambit is street-smart & more independent. However, his charming personality was also how he used to manipulate & trick others during his youth as a thief.
As shown in the TV show, Gambit can be sarcastic or humorous particularly in heated or tense situations. He'd be known to make a couple of quips/one-liners on occasion to diffuse the tension or mess around. Presented as flirtatious, he is immediately smitten with Rogue, the love of his life. Despite her initial rejection of him because she was insecure of her powers, Gambit still pursued her because of his immediate attraction. They're both shown to love each other with him ignoring the fact that she can't touch others by still being friendly & charming towards her. They should be shown spending quite a lot of time with each other, despite not being capable of physical contact because she is the love of his entire life.
His two main traits, as opposed to his occasional sarcastic tone are his Bilingualism & Card Skills.

Bilingualism: Being raised in the Bayou, he is fluent in both Cajun French & English. Occasionally, he can spout some French Phrases like he's done in the comic books.
Card Skills: Cards are a key aspect of Gambit's character, therefore, he could be an expert at card games e.g. Poker & Solitaire capable of beating anyone with ease. X-Men Origins touched on this because I think he was introduced at a casino table.

Rogue: Presented as a smart & beautiful individual, this Rogue will be more be an independent, friendly, good-hearted individual with a "Heart of Gold". Referring to everyone as "hon" or "sugar," Rogue will speak in her Southern accent that she's always had since her introduction. However, as part of her past, Rogue could be described as rebellious in character.
Despite being friendly, Rogue is also quite independent as she is mostly on her own throughout her life. Gambit can be introduced as her love interest & they can be shown socializing with each other, not leaving each other's side. However, his constant advances could leave her frustrated because he couldn't comprehend that she didn't want to hurt him with her powers by touching him.
If she will retain her villainous history like her introduction in the comics, Rogue may grow to hate her powers more & more, based on how she has used them in the past.
Polaris: A main aspect of her character in the comics & "The Gifted" TV Show was her Bipolar Disorder; Mental State. This affects her moods causing random & spontaneous mood swings. Typically, Polaris is friendly & normal, however she can become depressed & angry if she is angered or saddened; In Distress. This can just be stated as her "anger issues or temper." Since her powers are quite powerful, if she loses control she can be a danger to her surroundings. Maybe Havok has to calm her down via conversation or Professor X with his telepathy.
Father-Daughter Relationship: Polaris is Magneto's daughter. As the daughter of Magneto, she may be conflicted about her role as an X-Man & her opposition to the Brotherhood of Mutants because she doesn't desire to oppose her father despite what he stands for. Magneto is her father & she doesn't desire to fight against her own flesh & blood, especially since she still loves him vice-versa.
Havok: Copy the Comic Books; Havok is Younger brother of Cyclops. In regards to personality, Havok is the social opposite of Cyclops. Havok is a rebellious, charming, popular, hothead character who, unlike Cyclops, lacks discipline. He often resents Cyclops' authoritarian attitude, presenting an antagonistic relationship between the two brothers. I would recommend that Havok & Iceman be pretty good friends because they're typically rule breakers & introduce Polaris as his girlfriend, like in the comics.
Professor X: Introduce Xavier as the mentor figure. Not the protagonist. Establish him as a natural genius, similar to Beast. However, while Beast is more of a technological, physics scientist, Xavier's expertise in the biological field. Xavier is the leading authority on genetics, mutation & psionics.
Since he is a paraplegic & isn't on the field, Charles would be more useful as a strategist or tactician, alongside Cyclops. Xavier is a notably a master tactician capable of devising swift responses or devising strategies for long-term operations.
As founder & headmaster of Xavier's School For The Gifted Youngsters, he has built a lifetime reputation on being an inspirational, confident, compassionate figure for mutantkind. As a skilled leader, Xavier is the person who helped train mutants to cope with their abilities & how to live in and cope with a world that fears them.
FATAL FLAW: Xavier's Dark Side.
https://screenrant.com/worst-things-professor-x-done-charles-xavier-xmen/; Comic-Book Xavier isn't the generic good guy. Professor X has engaged in terrible acts throughout comic book history, so this could showcase him off as a morally ambiguous character.
Wolverine: Simply, don't make him the central character, to differentiate from the Fox X-Men. He's been a key character in the X-Men trilogy, the Wolverine Trilogy & Days of Future Past. There's so many other characters to focus on. How much more Wolverine is required?
Nevertheless, Wolverine will be included. So, I recommend, make Wolverine a team player. At Fox, he mostly did his own thing. So, make him a part of the team more. Idea = Shadowcat & Wolverine Training.

Main X-Men; 30s-40s (Adults), Younger X-Men Idea (Polaris, Iceman, Havok, Nightcrawler; 20s).
Jubilee, Shadowcat, Magik (Teenagers = 17+), Professor X & Magneto (Mid-40 or early 50s).

So SPOILERS to do with a untalked easter egg mystery planned by Rockstar Games.....Some refer to it as the Mount Chiliad Mystery. It's been planned since Rockstar's first Grand Theft Auto 1 because of a variety of mythical characters and locations from the legend of King Arthur and Excalibur used quite frequently in many of Rockstar's games. The mystery has now hit a peak with the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 because the main character is named Arthur.
The main character of RDR 2 Arthur Morgan dies at the end of Red Dead Redemption 2. Immediatly the Epilogue of the Story begins with a very key scene with interesting dialogue happens with the Marston family. Abigail says she's been reading because of Jack Marston who is then questioned by his father what he is reading. Jack says he's been reading about the Knights of the Roundtable and then John replies, "The King, what's his name?" and Jack responds with King Arthur and mentions Sir Lancelot and Lady Guinevere and others to. GTA V Foreshadows King Arthur Easter Eggs because of the Mount Chiliad Mystery which dated back to 2004 GTA San Andreas and there being elaborate clues in GTA's and GTA V for one example a trail called ARTHURS PASS TRAILS.

GTA V Foreshadows King Arthur Easter Eggs because of the Mount Chiliad Mystery which dated back to 2004 GTA San Andreas and there being elaborate clues in GTA's and GTA V for one example a trail called ARTHURS PASS TRAILS.

Fans have been wanting a game for years that really resonates with the combined efforts of fan games and games like Mania, SA2, and possibly other titles like Colors, Unleashed, and Generations - we’ve had a pretty good handful of wonderful things to dive into. The great thing about diversity, especially in a fandom like Sonic, is that having something for everyone means alot of people can be happy and it prevents any potential boredom from fans concerning their favorite franchise. And frankly, that’s what keeps me so close to the Blue Blur as a whole. Unfortunately, not every fan is keen on this, and such diversity in both the media itself and the desires of the fandom can sometimes cause dissension.
I have always believed that it is better to have variety so that things stay fresh rather than following the same formula to the very end. I don’t like when things get stale and predictable - other franchises that I love like Halo, Spyro, and even the Sims - the most samey franchise I know of - gained some very epic changes as the franchises gained popularity. And as you read through this blog, you will see hints of alot of things that change the very foundation of the franchise but that doesn’t mean you have to enjoy my ideas. So please, for the love of Chaos, keep that in mind and try not to crucify me for my opinion. Before I get into that, what is your ideal Sonic game?

Section 1: Story
As an Adventure Era fan, it would make sense that I’d want to include multiple gameplay mechanics and characters along with them. And like that Era, ideally, each story would connected but being as how I wanted to involve as many characters as possible, this task might prove difficult. Plus, there’s also the fact that I might want to keep character arcs separate so that players won’t feel obligated to play characters they hate to complete the entire game. I think it’d be a much better idea if all the characters were involved in a plot that had no connection to each other but had the same basic goal to defeat Eggman but the way the player goes about it is entirely in their hands. More or less, this is an RPG but obviously not anything like Chronicles.
Section 2: Gameplay
First and foremost - This game will be an open world game. For a long time, I absolutely hated how linear Sonic games were, it always drove me crazy because if Sonic is going to go at mach speeds, why not implement in areas that he can actually show it off? There are always boundaries on either side (unless you fall off) and paths to take, and it’s all very… video gamey. I know that’s kind of confusing and probably weird to hear considering Sonic IS a video game but hear me out. With as fast as Sonic goes, regardless of what era the games are in, having boundaries and turns and whatnot all seem counterintuitive to me. Unless you’re REALLY good at Sonic games (which I’m not), you will more than likely bump into objects and walls. That just really kills the speed for me. Sure, you can have this talk about momentum, earning that speed, and stuff but what good is it if you have to constantly press buttons to jump over obstacles or slide underneath them? Or, heck, even switch “lanes”? It’s just not very immersive for me. I applaud the people who platform like a speed demon flawlessly but it’s just not for me. I feel like a large expanse of world will open up more doors for exploration for all characters. I know some people do not like to explore (or at the very least, exploration isn’t something that comes naturally to them), but just remember - this is my ideal game.
I want an open area where Sonic’s speed actually has a chance to be shown off. I know Sega killed off much of the speed in early games due to making nauseous and that’s fine but as disorienting as Unleashed Day stages were, they had some serious potential in my book! If the spaces weren’t so narrow and windy, I could actually enjoy it. Sure, if you “git gud” and learn how to maneuver his controls, you could beat every stage in a Sonic Second. But that would take me generations to figure out and I just don’t have that kind of patience. Having played Skyrim about five or six years ago really changed my outlook on gaming so suffice it to say that I just prefer moving in gaming worlds naturally. The reason Skyrim is so addictive is because I could see the world as if I was walking in it, if that makes sense. To me, THAT’S how Sonic should be played. Of course, that’s not to say that there shouldn’t be dungeons with these things in them but unless an area is specifically gonna have something unique about it, Sonic’s speed should be shown off properly.
With that said, traveling the world would be similar to games like Unleashed and Forces (and I guess SA2, as well) but the player can actually run around the globe and end up right back where they started, if that makes sense. Has this ever been in a game before? I’ve never seen it except in small cases like Lost World (and technically the game is rips off). The major thing I want implemented into this kind of game is how the different stage themes flow into one another naturally, as if they were part of the world rather than just thrusting the player into the stages without explanation as to how they got there. If you take a look at what Lego Dimensions did, it shows this well. So for instance, rather than going from a beach stage to a city, then to a casino, then to a canyon, then to a forest, then to a haunted mansion, and then finally to fleet of airships (honestly, the stage transition was the only puzzling about Heroes), the player would have to actively seek out these areas (More or less the Free Roam sections in Lego Dimensions but on a much larger scale). Actual locations will be projected in-game as they should be; meaning that locations like Angel Island will be floating and accessed by finding the Crater it left behind. As with any open world game, the land around you will not be barren - Eggman is gonna have some bots patrolling certain areas and there would probably be wildlife around too.
Another feature I’d want in this game is show immersive how the world truly is. While I think adding things like realistic needs like fatigue and hunger might put a damper on gameplay for some, perhaps if this were a toggleable feature, maybe it wouldn’t hinder the game as much because then people can choose to make the game as realistic as they wish. Should one want this, things like fatigue and hunger might add more gameplay because you can sleep wherever and even buy food (like chilidogs) to refuel your character. I dunno, those are just ideas to throw around. Speaking of toggleable things, perhaps there would be a choice to actually explore or just have the dungeons as actual stages so that those who aren’t into exploring can still have fun with the gameplay in their own way.
Playable Characters:
Main cast:
Sonic: I mean, of course, right? It’d be a crime to not include him in here. I think his gameplay is pretty straightforward - he runs around at the speed of sound from one place to the next.
Tails: Similarly to Tails game concept I created, I figured I’d echo that gameplay but it’s a little bit different this time around . In summary, he collect parts to build various machines, tools, vehicles, and weapons. That and he can outfit the Tornado, too. With the vehicles, it only makes sense that the player can pilot them.
Knuckles: Rather than straight up treasure hunting, one can explore Angel Island and protect it from bots and other threats. I’m not sure how I could legitimize Knuckles getting off the Island to explore the land below but the important thing is being able to explore the Island to its actual size.
Other characters that would be added later in further updates:
Eggman: As far as I know, SA2 is the only time where the Doctor is playable. That’s treason! I’m sure someone out there has wanted to build epic robots and mechs to fight Sonic with. Would definitely be the most difficult character to master.
Omega: I’m not a fan of how he played in ‘06 so instead, he’ll play similarly to how he did in Heroes. You know, minus Shadow and Rouge being ammo and whatnot xD He’d be interesting to play as due to the number of robots he’d have battle.
Big: No, he doesn’t lose and chase Froggy, his pollywog pal will be with him along the way. But he DOES have a chance to use his fishing pole as a weapon again. And for fishing, of course. He’s not mandatory to play but players can choose him if they want something more relaxing.
Sally: I’m still working out the kinks as to how she’d be play but I DEFINITELY would want her to be playable. I’m thinking maybe it ought to involve Nicole somehow, too.
Special characters include:
Silver and Blaze: Silver and Blaze would be main characters but since their shtick is dimension/time jumping, figured that they’d need to be special characters. They would be a bundle but have different gameplay styles respectively, of course. Silver would play with better speed and keep his psychokinetic powers and Blaze has her pyrokinetic powers.
Team Chaotix: Being as these three are inseparable, their gameplay consists a mashup of detective gameplay and stealth. Not really sure how useful Charmy can be but eh, you know. It’s the Chaotix, ya gotta love ‘em. Espio’s weaponry, Vector’s strength, and even Charmy’s stinger (might be useful if it stunned enemies) would all be fun mechanics.
Infinite: Alot of people wanted Infinite to be playable and I don’t blame them. His abilities are rather cool and would make for awesome gameplay mechanics.
Sticks: It might sound as silly as Big’s gameplay but surviving in the jungle suits her character more than just going about stages but of course, she could use her skills in actual stages. Her boomerang would definitely come in handy.
Chaos: Playing as Chaos 1 would be fun, especially if the player could reenact SA1 but from the Water-God’s perspective. Naturally, all his forms would have their respective abilities. Plus, players could see Chaos 3 and 5!
Mighty and Ray: Like the Chaotix, these two are inseparable. Mighty is stronger than even Big and Ray just glides but both would be a dynamic duo!
Manic and Sonia: So these two characters are Sonic’s siblings from Sonic Underground. All three characters use instruments as weapons (Sonic plays the guitar, naturally, and all three are a band in the show) and while most people roll their eyes at the thought, I think it’s neat and I’ve never seen gameplay of such a thing before. Manic plays drums and Sonia plays the keyboard. The keyboard fires laser blasts and the drumkit is basically geokinetic (and it, too, occasionally fires laser blasts from the bass drum). Sonia is able to spin around like a top, lift heavy objects, and is capable of martial arts whereas Manic’s skills involve many larceny and hacking.
Void: This character comes from Sonic Shuffle who was a misguided boy acting as a villain but was not led by malic but rather loneliness. He has Umbrakinesis or Darkness Manipulation and can warp fabrics of space, as well. I think an added black hole would be neat as an ability, too.
Null: This guy was supposed to be in the latest Archie comics before it got cancelled. There isn’t much known about him but what is known is that he can separate itself into lesser detailed, purple minions that can combine together to form its true state. Regardless of what form Null takes, it can absorb any lifeform to power itself. This would be really cool to have as a gameplay mechanic, if you ask me! I’d like to think that he and Void work together but it wouldn’t work haha.
Gamma: I liked his gameplay, even if it could be tweaked to be more modernized, but it was tough to select enemies and I’d have a hard time justifying his appearance when he’s dead (it made sense in Sonic Shuffle because the power of dreams brought him back but I wouldn’t have that luxury here).
Abilities/Upgrades:
Each character will special abilities and upgrades they can earn, as you’d expect from an RPG. I’m personally not a fan of having to find the upgrades in Sonic games so earning them like this is more my style. Plus, I think that with as large as this game would be, it’d be too much of a hassle to collect such upgrades around the map so earning them seems more feasible for that reason. Examples of ability upgrades would include light speed dash, blue tornado, the bounce bracelet, etc for Sonic. I’d prefer if every character had the same number of upgrades because I like fair game for everyone.
Section 3: Visuals and Soundtrack
As far as visuals go, I’m the type of person who likes crisp graphics - not because I’m like “OOOH 4K 60FPS BETCHES”, nah, I’d play a game that wasn’t the greatest graphically but I like crystal clear visuals because I have poor vision and crisp graphics means higher chances of me actually seeing what the frick I’m doing lol.
As one might expect, the music will be as diverse as the cast, suiting each character’s personality and would be both lyrical and non-lyrical. Trying to think of examples beyond Sonuc requires an extensive knowledge of music on my part and unfortunately, I’m not that knowledgeable, heh...
Section 4: Other
Dungeons:
As any RPGer knows, you will encounter dungeons - which are essentially platforming stages - and I think adding them would break up the monotony of simply running around a big expansive world. The dungeons could cater to nearly every fan (or rather, suit one’s mood for whichever of these they pick) should either of my two ideas work. 1: There would be different dungeons that are specific to a certain gameplay style; those include Classic, Adventure, Boost, Parkour. (all dungeons would be labelled so that the player can choose what they want to play without feeling forced to do dungeons with gameplay they don’t want to do). 2. Should that idea not work, another alternative is that every single dungeon in the game will have all four versions of gameplay style that the player can try out. I don’t think every gameplay style will work for every character but there’s only so many styles one can have, right? This fanbase is notoriously divided due to constant bickering between supporters of one gameplay style over another. Everyone has their preferences but I personally believe that it IS possible to cater to everyone’s preferences, if done right.
Side Quests:
Since there are side quests in RPGs, I figured it’d be fun if they included quest givers that were both Mobians and humans. One side quest idea could be saving flickies from robots or the capsule things (great for Chao Garden lovers). Another side quest could involve saving humans and Mobians from getting Roboticized where it involves trashing facilities (tactfully, of course).
Special Stages:
I never cared for the way one had to obtain access to these in older games so I’m taking inspiration from Sonic Heroes (any other alternative ways are welcome). The purpose of the special stages will be relatively the same as previous games but this time around, there will be different kind of stages to play in to obtain Chaos Emeralds. From boss battles, to time attacks, to the usual form of special stages we are used to, etc. And if there is a stage that the player isn’t exactly great at ot fond of, they can exit and come back where a new stage will be playable.
Chao Gardens:
Yeah, that’s right - I mentioned Chao Gardens earlier. And I, like so many others, want them back in a game! Fangames have already brought them back but my idea of doing so is a bit different than most fans so rather than boring you with the details, click this link if you would like to learn more about what kind of Chao Gardens I’d implement into this game.
Good party game:
Now, as you should know, I am a huge Sonic Shuffle fan. And for that reason, it’s no surprise that among the many features I’d want for this game, an actual good party game ought to be one of them. To be honest, I’d rather have a remastered version of Shuffle than shoehorn my favorite game’s mechanic in this already ginormous game but I just can’t not include it. I think that since a remastered Shuffle is another dream of mine, I’d prefer this to be distinguishable from that. This might not be the best idea ever but what if the boards were auto-generated? I’m sure that might not be fun for some people but I think it’d be interesting. It doesn’t have to be this huge board but I think as long as it functions well, it’d be fine just something for people to have fun playing with friends - especially since it’d be a billion times more fun than Shuffle’s unfortunate gameplay was.
Racing:
I didn’t get to play any of the Sonic Riders games but they really suit the Sonic franchise and it’d be super cool to race on boards - especially since Manic uses a hoverboard! This would be fun for PvP.
Casino stages:
For some reason, people seem to dislike Casino stages unless they are in 2D (not counting Spinball, apparently. I LOVE casino stages! This would be a great way to get moar rings and kill time. The player could choose from three different gameplay styles: Spinball style, Adventure style, andHeroes style.
Arena Battles:
I’m not sure how well Sonic the Fighters was received by fans (considering it’s kind of obscure these days) but I think it’d be fun to pin characters against eachother to vent any stress the player might have - especially if there are characters you might dislike (hence why I’d have Scourge as an NPC). One could adjust the difficulty of any given character for their own satisfaction during the fight. Might also be fun in PvP.
Wave battles:
I’m thinking something along the lines of Firefight from Halo Reach. That was alot of fun in my opinion so having waves of bots of varying degrees coming at you sounds epic! Especially if you can customize which bots appear when.
Character Creation:
Back in 2015, I thought of this before Forces was even out (but I wasn’t the first to think of it for a Sonic game). I mean, since the game was in development for two years prior, I’m a little late… But since I doubt Sega will be bring this back for a second time so what if it’s like Forces but better? Imagine - being able to create characters with species that were not in the game even hybrids!. Heck, these characters could be playable in all the areas that the canon characters are available in - including the Chao Garden!
Stage Creation:
I would love to be able to create my own stages, it sounds super complex but fun. Halo had Forge mode which allowed you to make your own maps to play in so of course I’d be all over this. It wouldn’t matter if it were 2D or 3D, they could be super creative. And having friends try them out sounds even better.
Super Form creator:
While I personally am not a fan of the generic Super form, I like the idea of being able to give any Super Form to characters; ones like the Werehog, Excalibur Sonic, Darkspine Sonic, etc. With these additional super forms comes loads of gameplay options for fans of these forms.
Other stuff:
Updates:
Considering there’s so much fluff, it only makes sense that updates would be regular, adding new characters to play, new gameplay mechanics to try out, new stages, etc.
Voice changers for different characters:
So since most Sonic characters have changed voice actors, I thought it’d be cool to have a slider of some kind for players to choose their desired voice for each character based on all VAs. Of course, this segment is where the dream part of “dream game” comes into play but having imitators could also make this possible, too. I like Jaleel and Roger the best and having more than Jason and Ryan as choices would be awesome.
Change in perspective:
I don’t know about you, but I’ve always wanted to play Sonic games in first person view. So Being able to toggle perspective would be fun! When I discovered this in Skyrim, I was so happy because it made exploring wide open spaces and dungeons fantastic since I needed third person view and third person view for each type of area, respectively.
VR option:
I know you can’t just add VR to any game like you can add frosting to a cake (cuz the game has to be coded with it in mind or something like that) but I think that along with the first person perspective, adding further immersion makes things alot cooler. Adding VR gameplay mechanics to a character who can technically run at speeds of 767 mph might like sound like a nauseating disaster but if games like Sprint Vector (and even the Last Guardian) can do it great, can’t I have my dream?
Audio options like older games had:
I don’t know if current games still utilize a menu where you could play music straight from the games but SA1 and Heroes had this and it’d be really cool to have it again - assuming games don’t still use it, of course.
Conclusion:
As you can tell, I like being able to have plenty of things to do in games. I know it’s a clunky mess but that’s kind of how I work anyway. I totally understand if you wouldn’t play this but I totally would.

First happy 46th birthday Sam Houser (5/24/17) and its also the 28th anniversary of Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade released 5/24/1989 of course everyone know the plot and that it involves the Holy Grail of Christ Jesus. Well I believe since Sam Houser's birthday is the same as the Last Crusade that they have been planning a giant Holy Grail Easter Egg since the dawn of Grand Theft Auto to do with dragons. Chiliad(near 7th Golden Peyote/Holy Grail location) that has a Drag On 6 easter egg on pier and Galilee is recognized with Jesus. The Union Depository Heist is the Holy Grail of heists. Character Name: Bert "Filbert" McKinley
Background: growing up in Minnesota Bert never got along with his parents. He believed that he could do anything and would become filthy rich one day. His parents didn't see it the same way. They thought he was a lazy brat with a bad ego. Honestly he kinda was. Still is.
Bert was your typical popular kid. He was always with friends. He even got the nickname "Filbert" (after the nut) from his friends. He would use that nickname the rest of his life. As the leader of the group he was always throwing parties behind his parent's backs, being seen with lots of people, and breaking the rules whenever he wanted. You know, typical popular kid stuff. That all changed with the white event.
FilBert was 16 when the white Event happened. He was sleeping in his bed when it started. But when he woke up 6 hours later he was on top of, coincidentally, Mt. McKinley, Alaska.
It would take FilBert a long time to discover, understand, and control his powers. At first it seemed that his powers would always get him in some bad situation. He would accidentally summon illigal drugs before going through a security check, win too much at a casino and get attacked by the mafia, teleport into the sky and hit the ground hard, teleport to some other random place he probably shouldn't be at.
[This is where the character currently is. He'll gain the rest of his powers after a few events.]
It took awhile, but eventually Filbert began getting a grasp on his powers. He wouldent summon things randomly anymore, he wouldn't teleport when he didn't want to, and best of all he turned his luck around.
With his new found control Filbert won the local lottery, got first in a local marathon, became champion of a local boxing tournament, and even won a local hot dog eating contest.
Eventually he discovered the stock market and became filthy rich several times over. He now spends most his days living like it's the 1920s, partying every night with anyone that will show up.
But don't make the mistake of thinking he's weak. If You piss off the mighty Filbert don't expect to live long.
Physical Description: Dosen't wear a costume. When he fights it's always in whatever he's wearing + sunglasses.
He has dark blond hair. Could even look brown in the right light. Wears sunglasses most the time, but it's no secret his eyes are blue. His facial hair style is the chops, tache, & flavour savour He's tall and muscular. Say's he's 6ft (don't tell anyone but he's actually 5.98ft shhhhh!)
Personality:
[Teen form 2001-2015] Filbert Is randomly teleported every couple days to every couple months. He'll usually teleport far away, to another state or country. Because of this he's developed a rather sporadic personality. He's often seen doing odd jobs, flirting with women, or spending money carelessly. {It will just become worthless once he teleports to a new country}
[Adult form 2015+] takes a laid back hands-off approach to most everything. Claims to be a sofisticated member of the upper class, but is usually drunk. While drunk he loves to yell about how he's "The one True Murican Badass!" Usually shooting a gun into the sky for good measure. He's known to be very patriotic. Sober or drunk he's able to laugh at himself, have fun, and is difficult to Anger. On the rare chance Filbert is angry he becomes more willing to use his powers and will hunt down whoever pissed him off to the end of the earth.
Alignment: Neutral
Tier listing: City (currently street)
Powers: He has seemingly impossible Endurance and good strength to follow it up.
He can teleport anywhere. [Currently has no control of his power and teleports at random]
He can make anything appear in his hand as long as he can lift it(Magic Satchel style). [~~Currently has no control over this power. He'll sometimes get lucky and pull out useful things~~ Jaunt helped him gain control of this power. He can't summon anything larger than a pistol yet.]
He can change clothes, hairstyle, apply make-up, and/or improve hygiene instantly. [Dosent have this power yet]
His final power is Meta Luck which is why he can win contests or games of chance easily. [Currently only works in casinos and in small contests. It's effects don't work anywhere else.]
Weaknesses: many of his abilities only work if no one is looking at him, This includes cameras that are filming him.

He can only teleport if no one can see him
he can't teleport into someone's line of sight
he can only summon objects to his hand as long as no one can see his hand
he can only change his appearance if no one can see him
His meta luck is tied to his emotions, it will falter if he's sad, afraid, nervious, stressed, or angry. The more bliss he's in the better it works.
Never finished high school, it sometimes shows.
He can't summon Magic items, items of extreme power (such as a nuclear bomb), or specific items (he can summon a medieval sword, but not Excalibur. Similarly he can summon a key, but not the key to your house)
His abilities were uncontrollable for a long time, several years in fact.

Standard gear: he will summon weapons based on the size of the threat. From small threat to large:
Stun gun- Bow Staff- Pistols- personal defense weapons- Automatic Shotguns- a Minigun- and finally an FGM-148 Javelin
Skills:

throws good parties.
is well traveled, knows many languages because of that. Also Has good survival skills for wild and first world environments.
master at getting laid

Strength: can lift, aim, and fire a FGM-148 Javelin with one fully extended arm. (49.2 lb per arm) hugged a girl until her ribcage shattered
Durability: survived a fall from airplane hight (40,000 feet) onto solid ground, multiple times, without Showing any signs of injury. Also has incredible heat and cold resistance, able to bath in lava (2,120°F) or relax atop Mt. McKinley (-22.9°F in July) Edit: Was there in winter. (-75° or -100° with wind chill.) Tanked bullets from AKs

Right now Filbert has no control of his powers, this causes him to get teleported all over the world at complete random. This is where he currently is.
